Was that Inaugural performance bad? I saw the setlist and thought it might have been a nice little show.

If your comment is some kind of political or anti-political statement, or you just hate the band without Garcia, you can keep it to yourself.

I don't "hate" the band w/o Garcia, but thus far I've heard nothing to make me want to get up out of my seat....

Please point me to the rules concerning what is and is not allowable content per posting on the threads. I always forget and hate to keep asking.

You must love everything the band ever did, no wait that;'s not it

You must hate every show they played in the 90's, no that aint it

You must think the band sucked after 1969, no that aint it

You must review the same songs and shows but never go off on any tangent unrelated to the band thusly ensuring that you will never get turned on to any other band, no that ain't it

you must never get political, well that's close to it but wait....

rules suck!

except the ones I make my kids follow, it being under my roof and all

I create rules for my kids to follow, but they don't follow them. They just call me a mean dad and say "mommy said it was OK".

How do you get your kids to actually follow rules?

That's why I always resort to saying "JOTS is mean! I don't want to agree with him! CLIFF said it's okay!"

Hmmm, I hope that doesn't mean CLIFF's like my mom or somethin...

I found that saying "Either you clean your room like I asked you to, or Dad will start blasting 23 consecutive Box of Rain's at full volume" seemed to work rather well.

hey SDH - my son and I like to play Sugaree to annoy his sister ( my daughter ) because she's branded that tune as torture.
